Gigantic Pinworm Problem - Vaginal Infestation - I Need Someone With Actual Experience Plz?

Okay, so here's the deal: I have been infected with pinworms for the past five years. Two years ago, a few stupid, hardy pins somehow managed to migrate down to my vagina. Their offspring have made it their permanent habitat. And please, please, PLEASE don't tell me that this isn't possible and all that other bullshit because I pull them out on a daily basis. Trust me. And note that I have had them in there for *two* YEARS. They aren't gonna die on their own.

Anyway, I have already solved the problem with the worms in my colon. All I need is to destroy the population in my vagina. However, nothing kills them. Before you waste your time, I've already went to the doctor and took my *month* long dosage of albendazole, but it did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! In fact, it didn't even work on the pins residing in my colon. In addition to this faulty medicine, I've taken all of the over-the-counter drugs, billions of colon-cleanses/dewormers, tap and saltwater enemas, pumpkin seeds, garlic, turmeric, papaya seeds, ginger, grapefruit, coconut, vinegar, wormwood, black walnut, senna, chamomile, and oregano oil. Nothing works. I've even stuffed all of the above up my vagina. Really now, what am I supposed to do?

Oh, and by the way, I am an *extremely* clean person, so I don't need that silly list talking about bleaching the air and trimming the nails. I already do that, thank you.
