Help me get down to 85lbs for cheer:)?

im 11 years old, and, well, i am:
125lbs
5' tall
wanna be 85lbs
well, we just got cheerleading tryouts
i made it, but, my coach said i needed to be atleast 90lbs or less:(
i am aiming for 85lbs, becus its just 5 lbs lower than 90:)
well, my moms a nurse, and 125lbs, and 5'6:(
i told her my diet, and she said she wasnt letting me go lower than 800clas a day!!!!
so, i am going on a fruit,veggie,and liquid diet:)
i cheer 3 hours a day, not including small excersizes i do in the morning(well, im gonna start doing that)
so i wanna burn 200cals
so ill eat 800cals, and then burn 200, and lose weight!!!!
well, i dunno wat 2 eat?
please help me!!!!
i need a diet routine, and awesome excersizes:)
in 3 months i gotta lose 40lbs:(
listen, im also going to florida in may,or april...and my mom said she would not buy me a 2-piece unless i lost atleast 20lbs:)
and dad will get me a cellphone:))

Assuming that you have a small frame, your ideal weight range for your height WITH A SMALL FRAME is 96 to 105 pounds. Anything less than that will be too small and you will ALWAYS be hungry.
Just cut out simple carbohydrates and refined sugars and you will lose weight.

trying to lose 40lbs in 3 months is quite unhealthy, try going for 40lbs in 4 months or 5 months, but even then that is a lot of weight to lose in a small amount of time, it can be done but it can also be harmful to you... I know you are 11 and cheering may seem like the most important thing to you right now but trust me it isn't... Just focus on being healthy, I am sure you parents and your school wouldn't want you to end up sick because of this.
Get a colon cleanse.
You are not going to like what I have to say. Your parents are out of their minds. YOU ARE ONLY 11! If your cheer coach was a dude I would want to physically hurt him. Losing that much wirght in that little of time will damage your body. Especially due to your age. This will hurt you developmentally. YOU WILL REGRET IT WHEN YOU ARE IN YOUR 20s! I mean this respectfully, I am sorry for you. Hang in there.

Liquid diet is nonsense, BUT DRINK TONS OF WATER!!!!!!!!!!
Lean protein from beans and lean meat is necessary for good nutrition.
Eat a wide range of as many veggies as possible and take a multivitamin.
Not that I put a ton of stock into BMI, but yours is in the healthy range.
Something to remember. Muscle weights more than fat. You can be super low fat and still weight a decent amount.

drink meal replacements i.e. powder slim fast etc have a vegetable every two - four hours and lettuve and a boiled piece of chicken for dinner and take a multi vitamin !
You can lose weight if you use correct way. I tried many way, but could not lose weight. I found the best way that works very well for anyone. I lost my weight fast using this diet way.
