How safe are colon cleansers? or what is a fast way to get rid of constipation?
ok so i get constipated really easy and i try to drink alot of water but i just cant but even when i do i cant go to the bathroom. i weighed 107 a month or 2 ago and now im 121 i went to the doctor and im filled up like past my rib cage and what she tells me to do doesnt work and i need to get rid of all that im gaining to much weight fro not being able to go to the bathroom so i wanted to know if a colon cleanser would work and if its safe or something else i could do or use to get rid of everything fast

I checked out everything to lose weight, and nothing worked until I checked out colon cleanse.
