The steps you need to follow for kidney cleansing come in handy. Be guided by the following steps:
Step 1: Preparation. You should prepare all the things for your kidney cleansing. Consume a moderate meal a day before you start the cleansing process.
Step 2: Before Fasting. You must not consume a large amount of food before fasting. This will help you lessen your craving.
Step 3: Solid Food and Juice. Do not eat anything solid for one day. As a substitute, you can take-in fresh, organic juice that is mixed into purified water. If you feel that you are hungry, you can take-in the juice as much as you want.
Step4: Juice Substitute. If you are not satisfied with your juice, you can boil 1 cup of celery leaves together with 1 cup of parsley to 1 ½ quarts of distilled water, for at least 20 minutes. After boiling, you can strain the leaves and you can drink the water alternately with the juice.

Step 6: Breakfast. You should have plain yogurt together with fresh fruit at breakfast. You should also have soup that is made from celery and parsley, and drink apple juice or chamomile tea. Your breakfast drinks should be your drink throughout the day.
Step 7: Lunch. For your lunch, you can eat either raw or cooked vegetables, or you can eat vegetable salad that is dressed with the combination of olive oil and lemon juice. As a substitute, you could have rice or barley soup, baked potato, egg yolk or broiled fish. The most important thing you should remember during the cleansing process is that your lunch must be your heaviest meal of the day but you must see to it that you will not overeat.
Step 8: Dinner. At dinner time, you must see to it that you will eat lightly. You can eat dark rye bread, vegetable soup or brown rice.
Step 9: After Fasting. After your fasting, you can undergo an enema in order to help your colon wash out the toxins that was released by your body.
Step 10: Regular Diet. You can stop fasting gradually by incorporating foods that composed your regular diet meal.
