Awesome product
Combine bowtrol with a sensible diet and 3x/week exercise routine and you're good to go (literally). I lost about 12 pounds (177 to 165) since taking it and love that I have regular bowel movements for the first time in my life. Best advice is start with the lower dosage until you know how many you need each night. The recommended dosage is 3 to 8 capsules. I have found that six is about right for me (5'10" male, 41 yrs old, 165 lbs.).
The only warning is to make sure you have easy access to a bathroom and/or cut down your dosage so it's not as "explosive". Sorry, don't know any other way to state that. Bottom line: it has worked great for me. Very pleased and will continue to take it.

Bowtrol Cleanser works great!
I feel like myself again! I have been living with chronic constipation, bloating and cramping for as long as I can remember. I have never purchased anything from TV in my life before but after seeing a broadcast on colon health I had to give Bowtrol Cleanser a try. It's been three weeks now and I have been enjoying regular movements, increased energy and I just feel healthy again...and I owe it all to Bowtrol.

Highly recommend it
I was more than skeptical than trying something like this; I've never had any luck with the "quick fix" pills. This is no quick fix, but I have to say I have been more than pleasantly surprised.
I've been taking bowtrol for almost a full week (three pills a night) and have already seen an improvement in regularity. I haven't gotten the bursts of energy or anything else yet, but look forward to the extras if they should come. And if they don't, I'm still very pleased with the product and highly recommend it.

It works
First time I ever did colon cleansing. Very easy to do with Bowtrol. I've been off of Bowtrol for over a month and continue to have regular bowel movements....sometimes two a day!

It works very well
This stuff is GREAT. If you have a hard time going to the bathroom, you should try this. I have been taking this for 1 year. I take 7 tablets before I go to bed, when I wake up in the morning I am all set. Good Luck to all with bowtrol. I love the stuff.

I love this stuff
Yes Bowtrol definately works! I've been taking it for about 6 months and I no longer have to look for the nearest toilet wherever I go! Anyone who thinks it doesn't work just needs to increase the dose a little to start with...taking up to seven at night A bit expensive I know but worth it!! After that you should be able to reduce to 3 a night.
I guess it may not work for everone but I'd be surprised if it doesn't

I love bowtrol!
I instantly had a flatter stomach! You have to drink 60 oz of water a day or you will get mild cramping but not bad. If you stay on top of that you should be ok! I only take 3 pills a day & don't up the amount & that is good for me. I go 1-2x day & feel so much more refreshed & lighter!

It really works for me!
I've been taking the three pills every day for three weeks and I'm mentally sharper, lessening of depression, bowel movements are at least once a day if not 2 or three. I feel lighter and my tummy is flatter. I didn't see any worms or anything as dramatic as the pictures. I will say that my poo has never smelled so foul. I don't know if its the old stuff or all the spices in the pills that cause the odor but wow it smells as if its been in there since birth. I'm polite so I double flush. I would't say its a miracle but i was surprized about my general happiness increase.
Who would thought compacted poo caused depression? My advise is to drink at least 2 liters or more of water a day or your skin will be dry and flaky. Unless you have someone else to blame...do not have gas in public. Some poor unsuspecting woman in Hot topic took the blame for mine.

I am totally sold
I was a bit skeptical about ordering another "amazing" product but was so desperate I took the chance. I had tried every over the counter laxative and prescription meds too, nothing but severe bloating and cramping-without any desired relief. I'm finally feeling healthy again.

Didn't work
I took the product and it did nothing for me. I know that all products do not work the same on all folk but for me NOTHING happen but me taking more pills. I am sick of the hype about products that don't work and claim to give you your money back, huh big laugh, Why can't there be a law that says that the company MUST be honest about the product or not sell. I guess that would be too much to ask since they are in the business to making money!!!!

Great value for my money
My experience with other products was Ok, but nothing really gave me this clean feeling like Bowtrol. I don't know how much money I wasted on these so-called remedies, but I know since I am ordering Bowtrol for 2 colon cleanses per year I am saving a lot and I receive great value for my money.
