The Colonix program comes from the product line of DrNatura.  This product is known to be very good at colon cleansing as well as detoxification.  Colonix is exclusively offered to adults because DrNatura has a program exclusively for kids.  This product has been around in the market for a decade now. 

The entire program consists of three items namely:  The Colonix Intestinal Cleanser; The Paranil; and the KleriTea.  The intestinal cleanser is a fiber supplement while the Paranil is a capsule with 18 herbs.  KleriTea is an herbal tea which is good for regularity of bowel movements.

Product Details

All the products under the Colonix program have been produced from a blend of essential ingredients.  Here is a detailed enumeration of ingredients for each product:

• Intestinal Cleanser.  The intestinal cleanser contains psyllium husk, seeds of flax and fennel, aloe vera, slippery elm bark, grapefruit, and guar gum.  It also blended leaves of alfalfa, peppermint and uva ursi and the roots of licorice, marshmallow and rhubarb.

• Paranil.  Also known as anti-parasite support, the ingredients of this product were taken from black walnut hulls, pumpkin seeds, myrrh gum, grapefruit seed extract and hyssop leaf.  It also contains roots from false unicorn, turmeric and gentian.  To complete the package powder from wornwood, Pau D’ Arco, clove bud, male fern root, garlic bulb, peppermint leaf, fenugreek seed, prickley ash bark and yellow dock were blended together.

• Kleri Tea.  This herbal tea which is responsible for detoxification and regularity in the bowel is composed of ingredients like leaves from senna, peppermint and uva ursi.  It also contains cinnamon and buckthorn barks, chamomile flower, fennel and milk thistle seeds, ginger root, milk and passion and rose hip fruits.  Its calming effect comes from the aroma of lemon.

The Good

The Colonix program is formulated to primarily detoxify and cleanse the body from harmful toxins.  Other advantages you could get from adapting the three-step system are:

• Purification of the colon and cleansing of the liver.
• Promotes normal bowel movement and regularity of functions.
• Removal of all toxins including lead and mercury.
• Replenishment of good bacteria.
• Recharges the immune system.

The Bad

Some of the side effects of using the Colonix program include headache, bloating, fatigue, cramping of the abdomen and skin redness and irritation.

The Bottom Line

Using the products under the Colonix program could be seen in as early as several days but others would report that the results will only be visible after three to four weeks of consumption.  The entire product line could cost you up to $88.  This could be sufficient for an entire month.
